What if you could stop thinking about drinking every night â without white-knuckling it, hiding from friends, or starting over every Monday?
Hi, Iâm Sarah.
For years, I lived in the exhausting stop/start cycle with wine – swearing off every Sunday night, pouring again by Wednesday, and quietly wondering if Iâd ever get free.
I thought being âhigh-functioningâ meant I was fine. I had the job, the family, the life. But inside, I was running on shame, hot flashes, and hangovers.
Thatâs why I created IQW Collective Coaching and the podcast thatâs helped thousands of women realize: youâre not weak, youâre just stuck in a system that doesnât work.
Are you…Â
Waking up at 3am with night sweats and regret, swearing tomorrow will be different.
Googling âis wine making my hormones worse?â while pouring another glass.
Making rules (only weekends, only 2 glasses, only white) â and breaking them by day 3.
Performing at work, but secretly terrified someone will notice how much it takes to âhold it together.â
Itâs not that you lack willpower. Itâs that youâve been trying to fight wine with rules, shame, or shortcuts.
None of that works long-term.
What does work?
Rewiring how you think, feel, and identify yourself, so wine is no longer the boss of you.
ImagineâŠ
Waking up clear-headed, confident, and free –Â every day.Feeling at home in your body during midlife, instead of fighting it.Having energy for your career, family, and passions instead of pouring it into your glass

Even if youâre scared youâll lose your friends, your way to connect, or your fun.
This is different
Because itâs built for women like you: smart, busy, high-functioning, midlife women who donât relate to recovery programs like AA, as they need support for the ‘grey area’ of drinking behaviour.
Hereâs what I Quit Wine Collective Coaching is not:
Itâs not based on willpower.
Itâs not another âjust donât drinkâ pep talk.
Itâs not a one-size-fits-all, shame-based program.
Itâs not about giving up who you are; itâs about becoming who you really are.
It’s not about being perfect or dogma. Slips happen. It’s a process, not a ‘one & done’ for most of us.Â
Who Itâs For:Â
For the woman who is done pretending wine is âself-careâ when itâs quietly draining her life.
For the professional whoâs crushing it on paper but collapsing inside.
For the midlife woman ready to thrive through peri-menopause, not numb it out.
For the women who are using wine as a coping mechanism for the overwhelm of family life or are caring for ageing parents.

Testimonials
I got so tired of drinking.
I was tired of all the thinking about drinking.
You know how it goes.
Iâll only drink on weekends.
Iâll have water between drinks.
Iâll switch to white instead of red.
Iâll just drink clear spirits.
Iâll try organic wine.
I was tired of waking up tired.
I was tired of breaking promises I made to myself.
I was tired of feeling shame no matter how much or little I drank.
I was tired of not making progress on my health goals.
I was tired of feeling a lack of clarity in the mornings. Or all day.
I was tired of listening to myself justifying why I was going to âjust have oneâ.
I was tired of trying to go against nature when my body was screaming at me in peri/menopause.
But most of all I was tired of using alcohol as my go-to coping mechanism.
It was the solution to feeling overwhelmed or insufficient as a mother, especially when my kids were young.
It was the answer to social awkwardness.
It was a magical cure for the ordinary mundaneness of life (which I now know is such a lie- the ordinary moments are the most extraordinary ones).
I still get tired. But itâs a very different version of tiredness. I get tired of living life full out, from truly connecting & doing my work in the world.
I love the alcohol-free version of tired.
I went to a Jazz and Shiraz event in a park walking distance from my house – I just renamed it Jazz and Juice.
Went with a friend who was drinking wine and I wasn’t at all tempted. I got to sit and relax and enjoy the music while she lined up for 20 minutes to buy a drink!
It was a great afternoon and no after effects! Awesome!
This is a very helpful exercise (the ‘IQW Audit inside the Academy). Looking back on reality and having a couple of examples from past times on quick recall really strengthens my desire and commitment to my new AF life. On the plus side, I now have some other memories to add of how things are now and how I want them to stay….
The few days were just so freeing not having to think about drinking. Previously I would have cut walks short so I could relax and read my book in the lounge with a glass of wine. I wouldnât have been as present for the few days with my family, it was so precious and I have memories that Iâll cherish forever.
Just back from a music festival. Not only did I have NO desire to drink alcohol. I felt really sorry for everyone who was drinking. So aware of how unconscious some people were. I felt present, loved the music, the dancing and being with my friends. Forever grateful.
If you’d said to me 3 months ago that I’d have gone over 100 days without wine & I’d be sitting outside in the sun eating my yummy
homemade granola at 8.30am having already done a weights workout, I’d say you were crackers!
But it turns out that I’m that kind of woman after all, I just never knew it.
